The short answer
Jane is booking, charting and billing software for allied health clinics: physio, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture and more. Walk-Ins Welcome runs walk-in check-in, with an optional Clinic pack for intake forms and visit notes.
Jane's self check-in is for booked appointments: patients scan a QR code up to an hour before their visit, on its Thrive plan. Walk-Ins Welcome is for patients who walk in without a booking: they check in from their phone or a front-desk tablet and follow their place. Your page shows you as taking walk-ins only after a provider taps "I'm here." If your clinic is mostly booked, Jane covers more. If walk-ins are a big part of your day, Walk-Ins Welcome fills the gap.
