How to check in and follow your place in line

You don’t need an app or an account. Your phone’s web browser is enough.

Check in

  1. Scan the QR code at the business, or open its Walk-Ins Welcome page.
  2. Tap Check In Now.
  3. Choose a service and enter your name. A phone number or email is usually optional, unless the business needs one.
  4. Tap Confirm & Join Queue.

You can check in only while someone is there and taking walk-ins. If the page says walk-ins aren’t open, nobody is serving customers yet. That’s on purpose, so you don’t make a trip for nothing.

Can I check in from home?

Each business decides. Some let you check in from anywhere; others only once you’re at the door, using the code shown there; others only through their front desk.

Follow your place

Your ticket page moves through Checked in → Ready → In service → Done, and shows how many people are ahead of you and the estimated wait.

  • Update your arrival tells the business whether you’re at the door, still on your way, or need to step away.
  • Try an alert when it’s my turn asks your phone to alert you. Keep the page open too, in case the alert doesn’t arrive.
  • I need to leave takes you out of line. You’ll lose your place.

Anyone with your ticket link can see or leave your place in line, so don’t share it.

Clinic patients

If you’re checking in at a clinic, you may be asked to fill in an intake form. If you open it in a different browser than the one you checked in with, you’ll be asked for a 6-digit code sent to your email, or your date of birth, so only you can see it.
