Free Core already runs your walk-in line. The Healthcare & Clinical Compliance Bolt-On adds patient intake, consent and SOAP notes. It works together with the Forms & Workflows Bolt-On, which runs the intake forms.
Before you start: verify your clinic
Both Bolt-Ons handle sensitive patient information, so they run only for a verified storefront. See Verify you own your business.
Turn them on
- Open Bolt-Ons & Extensions.
- Find Healthcare & Clinical Compliance and tap Turn on · free during pilot. Do the same for Forms & Workflows.
During the pilot there’s no charge. If a pilot Bolt-On becomes paid, you’ll see a notice with the date it stays free until. After that date it turns off unless you buy it, and your records stay readable either way.
Pause or resume
Tap Pause, then Confirm pause. New intake and notes stop. What stays:
- Every past record, still readable.
- Your settings, ready for when you resume.
- Free Core check-in and your walk-in line, working as usual.
Pausing doesn’t change any charges. Tap Resume, then Confirm resume, to pick up where you left off.
